Open source on GitHubDesigned and developed PoCo, a Python-based tool that lets PhDs, academics and students upload EndNote/Zotero bibliographies and standardise references into a consistent style.

Apple App StoreDesigned, developed and published GetitDone, an iOS productivity app, using Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub, Xcode and Swift. Completed the full product review process: requirements, iterative design, external review and publication.

Legal Researcher (PhD Candidate)Sept 2021 — Jul 2026

Maastricht University, Faculty of LawDeveloped and funded a PhD analysing the compatibility of neurotechnological interventions with EU law, the ECHR and Dutch domestic law. Formulated concrete recommendations on legal and ethical permissibility and implementation, taught annually, lectured at Harvard Medical School, supervised theses, and featured in national media.

Maastricht University, Faculty of LawDeveloped and delivered workshop training for judges at the Gelderland District Court. Translated empirical research findings into practical materials for judges and lawyers, co-authored a legal handbook on the right to remain silent, and co-organised a 100+ participant conference.
